Terms of Service
UltraGMS · Last updated 29 October 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using UltraGMS (the web application and the mobile app, together the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a garage or other business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service and accounts
UltraGMS is a garage management application for jobs, inspections, quality checks, customers, inventory, billing and related workshop operations. Accounts are created for a garage or garage chain and its staff. You are responsible for keeping your login details and PINs confidential, for the activity under your accounts, and for giving staff only the roles they need. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your data
The customer and operational data you enter into the Service remains yours. We process it on your behalf, only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter that data, including any notices or consents needed for your own customers and employees. You can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful; attempt to access another garage's data or break the Service's security; probe, overload or disrupt it; reverse engineer it; upload malware or content you have no right to upload; or resell access to the Service without our written agreement. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Availability and no warranty
We work to keep the Service available and to protect your data, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and reports it produces (for example tax, payroll or financial figures) are not a substitute for your own professional advice or statutory record-keeping. We may change or improve features over time.
Fees and termination
Any fees for the Service are agreed with you separately and are payable as agreed. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or fail to pay agreed fees, normally after giving you notice and a chance to put things right. On termination you may ask for an export of your data, and we will delete or anonymise it as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated within the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
