CRM and customers
Leads, follow-ups, service reminders, reviews, and the numbers that say whether customers come back. The cheapest revenue is the customer who came last time.
Follow-ups generated from service stickers · Public review link · WhatsApp Cloud API inbox
Why a garage needs it
Most workshops have no idea what share of customers return, which sources bring the ones that do, or which quotations were sent and never answered.
CRM turns "we should call them" into a table of who is due, and turns "how is business" into a retention rate. Every customer has a profile with vehicles, history, interactions and a running balance, and every visit ends with a review link.
What is built
What ships today, nothing planned.
Contact details with a +971 default, credit terms, notes, vehicles, full job and purchase history, and a printable running-balance ledger.
Source, stage, referrer, won or lost with a coded reason; a stage-ordered funnel, a sources tab, a lost tab and a referrals tab.
Created by hand on a customer, or generated nightly from service stickers' next-service dates, on one chain-wide "what's due" table.
Calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp and notes logged per customer with channel, direction and time; a "log a call" action.
The WhatsApp Cloud API with templates, inbound and outbound messages, consent and one inbox under Conversations, on the chain's own Meta Business account.
A public review link sent after service and a reviews dashboard with ratings and comments; a low rating raises an alert.
Next service date and oil-change kilometres per vehicle, printable, feeding the reminders.
Draft, sent, approved, rejected, expired, with versions and the public approval link; the unanswered ones surface on the follow-up table.
A booking calendar separate from jobs until the car actually arrives, with no-show reasons recorded.
New against returning, retention rate, top customers, engagement, and a geographical view by emirate and city.
Earned on paid invoices and redeemed on the next one, by the chain's own rules, switched on when you want it.
A sold tyre or battery carries its warranty; the customer can report a problem through a link, and the claim is handled, not argued.

A service sticker records the next service date and oil-change kilometres for each vehicle. A nightly sweep turns those into follow-ups on one table, and reminder emails can be switched on per chain.
Yes. After the visit the customer gets a public link to rate and comment, no login or app. Reviews land on a dashboard, and a low rating raises an alert so someone calls back.
