Workshop management
The heart of UltraGMS: the job card, from the car arriving to the car leaving. Inspections, quotations, parts, time, quality check and release are all attached to it and cannot be skipped.
Web and Android · UAE plate formats · English and Arabic documents
Why a garage needs it
A paper job card gets lost, gets coffee on it, and never tells you whether the technician spent two hours or five. Nobody can prove what condition the car arrived in when the customer disputes a scratch. A quotation goes out by WhatsApp and the approval lives in someone's chat history.
UltraGMS makes the job card the single record: photos, times, parts, approvals, QC and the gate pass are all attached to it. Eleven statuses are enforced identically on the web, the phone and the API, and each step is allowed only to the roles that should take it.
What is built
What ships today, nothing planned.
Make and model catalogue, UAE plate with emirate and category code, full service history per vehicle and recurring findings.
Eleven statuses enforced identically on web, mobile and API. Only an admin releases a vehicle; only an admin or mechanic sends to QC.
Per-garage checklist templates, run on the phone with photos and voice notes bound to each item.
Findings map to remedies and priced lines, with package bundling and price tiers. Estimates are versioned, expire, and carry a public approval link.
A tokenised link the customer opens on their phone. Work is blocked until it is approved.
A live wall-screen view of every job by stage, and a day view with a lane per bay and per mobile van plus an appointment calendar.
Manual, or a ranked suggestion by skill, availability and current workload. Skills are recorded per technician.
Start, pause and stop per technician per job; holds excluded. Each priority carries response and completion times, and a breach is flagged.
Issuing a part deducts stock at that moment and carries through to the invoice. Stock can be reserved for a job that has not started.
Pass or fail with a rework loop; no invoice until QC passes. A released job can be reopened as "customer came back", linked to the original.
A numbered, branded gate pass issued only when the job is ready and has a live invoice. Releasing the car spends the pass.
Before and after photos annotated on the phone; QR codes on job cards and stickers; every status change logged with who and when.

Technician mobile appFAQ
Yes. The estimate carries a public link the customer opens on their phone and approves or declines there. No login, no app. Work is blocked until they say yes, and the approval is recorded on the job.
The gate pass. It is issued only when the job is ready and has a live invoice, and only an admin can release the vehicle against it. The release records which invoice cleared it.
Technicians use the Android app: scan the plate, run the checklist with photos and voice notes, clock time, issue parts and send to QC. The web and the phone enforce the same job statuses.
Yes. Every branch has its own bays, staff and stock under one account, and the owner switches between them or sees all of them together.
The released job is reopened as a rework, linked to the original, and the rework register shows how often it happens and on which jobs.
