Invoicing and payments

VAT invoices, counter sales and fleet billing that always add up

Everything between "the work is done" and "the money is in": invoices, counter sales, payments, credit customers, fleet statements, returns, and the customer's own account history.

5% VAT and TRN on every invoice · English, bilingual or Arabic layout · Warranty registers itself from the invoice line

Why a garage needs it

Garages lose money in the gaps

A walk-in who buys a battery without a job card and never gets recorded. A fleet customer with forty invoices nobody consolidated. A credit customer who is 12,000 dirhams over what was agreed. A returned tyre that never went back into stock.

Sales closes every one of those gaps with a document that has to exist before the next step can happen. The invoice is built from the job, the payment names the bank account it landed in, and the ledger posts itself.

What is built

From the finished job to the money in the bank

What ships today, nothing planned.

Service invoices

Generated from the job card: labour, parts, packages, VAT and discount. Numbered per tenant, printed with your branding and TRN.

Counter sales

Sell items to a walk-in without a job card. Stock and payment update immediately; a void reverses the stock.

Payments, split or in advance

Cash, cheque, bank transfer, card, online, wallet. One payment can be split across methods and bank accounts; advances are held and applied later.

Credit limits with approval

A credit limit per customer. An invoice that would breach it goes to an approval queue by amount and role instead of slipping through.

Fleet statements

Monthly consolidated statements across a company's invoices: create, print, settle in one payment.

Sales orders and delivery notes

Order first, deliver in parts, invoice from the order; each delivery note draws down what is still outstanding.

Returns and credit notes

A return issues a credit note against a paid invoice, restocks to the original batch, and caps future returns per line.

Discounts, promotions, commission

A promotions master and manual discounts through one calculation; a salesperson on the invoice earns commission once it is fully paid.

Arabic, bilingual or English

Branding, accent colour, terms and footer in both languages, real right-to-left layout, seal and signature.

Warranty from the invoice

A sold tyre or battery carries its warranty from the invoice line onward; a failed one comes back through a claim, not an argument.

Loyalty points

Earn on paid invoices and redeem on the next one, with the chain's own rules. Switched on per chain when you want it.

Sales reports

Revenue trend, labour against parts, top services, top customers, sales register, by product and by salesperson, with CSV export.

FAQ

Questions garages ask about invoicing

Are the invoices VAT compliant for the UAE?

Yes. Every invoice carries your TRN, the configurable VAT rate and the VAT amount, and the VAT return in Accounts reads output and input tax from the same documents.

Can I invoice in Arabic?

Yes. Documents print in English, bilingual or Arabic-only with a real right-to-left layout, your terms and footer in both languages, and your seal and signature.

How do fleet customers on account work?

Each company has a credit limit and terms. Their invoices accumulate, and at month end one consolidated statement covers all of them, settled with a single payment.

Can I take part cash and part card?

Yes. A payment can be split across several methods and bank accounts, and each part names the account it landed in.

Is e-invoicing ready?

Every invoice and credit note gets a UAE-format e-invoice document, validated and downloadable. Transmission waits on an accredited service provider, which the Ministry's phased rollout will require.
